Changing comment tool on PDF comments

Question

I have a PDF that has been marked-up only with the highlight tool, with instructions to delete or replace text. Is there any script or action that can change these comments to delete or strikethrough? From what I've seen, it seems the Find and Highlight Words action kind of does this, except it replaces a drawing mark-up with a highlight, so I'm thinking it would be possible, but not sure it already exists.

@Iuri233943799tls Honestly, I know there was a fuction for clearning a 'form' but, not 100% sure about comments. Maybe call me weird, but, you could duplicate a copy of the original one with no comments? Or manually delete the comments in the comments field.
