Changing Digital Signature password

I have a legacy version of Adobe Acrobat Pro. For some reason, the password is not working. I have been online with tech support and getting nowhere. Does anyone know how to create a new digital signature?

Go to your Preferences, and click the Signatures entry on the left. You'll find the Creation & Appearance tools at the top. Click More and follow the prompts. If you get stuck, let us know.
