Question

Changing font color changes formatting

After OCR, all text appears in gray (a problem unto itself), When I change the text color to black, it alters the paragraph spacing, especially if there is room to add another word or two to fill out a line of text, it will do so, thereby possibly causing other issues on down to page.  Is there a way to turn this off?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, would it be possible if you can share the screenshot of the screen when the file is opened in Acrobat? Also, Acrobat version installed on the machine. To check Acrobat version:Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

You may refer to the steps given in this link on how to attach a screenshot here in the forums: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Thanks,

Shivam

Was this ever resolved? I am experiencing the same issue. Change the Font color and the paragraph text moves causing issues further down. I am using  Adobe Acrobat DC v. 2021.007.20099
