changing page setup to 1 page booklet

hello,i was wondering how i change the below PDF booklet to be viewed in bookelt format, with page 1 as a single page, page 2 and 3 on the the one page and page 4 as a seperate single view. I have attacted the PDF below, i exported this from MS Publisher. Thanks, Kind Regards

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the toruble. As described, you want to change the page setup of the pdf file to booklet.

I have checked the PDF file that you have attached and it consists to 2 pages only. Also that you have created the PDF from MS Publisher.

Please try to create the PDF using Adobe Acrobat DC and then try to change the view of the PDF as follows: Go to View tab > Page Display > Two page View and see if that works for you.
