Changing Properties for Shared Reviews

Our Adobe shared review was set up last year. I'd like to change some default settings (deadline, server, etc) but I can't find them. Can anyone help? (We have Acrobat Distiller 18.0 (Windows) Acrobat 7.0 at least that's how it's marked)
