Changing subscription from Acrobat Pro to Standard

Question

Hi - if a user has current workflows active in Sign with multiple reviewers included what would happen to the workflows if the users subscription was changed to Standard? Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

If the user uses the same account and changes the subscription from Acrobat Pro to standard, the user will not be able to use the service anymore. Also, the workflow will be deactivated as the feature is not available with the Acrobat Standard version.
