Changing the location of dynamic stamps from C to network shared folder

Is it possible to change the location Adobe Acrobat DC stores the dynamic stamps?

From C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins\Annotations\Stamps\ENU to a network folder?

As our IT dept has locked the folder so we cannot store our stamps on our hard drives.

You can also install stamps in your user level stamps folder (e.g. C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Stamps)
