Character spacing problem

Hello,

maybe someone can help me.
I saved the same file in pfd format using both Acrobat XI (11.0.23) and Acrobat Pro DC (latest version).
On a Philips 49BDL5057P display with Android 5.1.1 the two files are displayed differently (see attached photo), only the version generated with Acrobat XI (left of the display) shows correct spacing between characters.
What can it depend on? What is the difference in file generation between the two Acrobat versions?
I tried to generate the file in PDF/A, PDF/A-1b, PDF/A-2b, but it doesn't solve the spacing problems.
Any help is welcome!
