I am getting charged $32.39 every month for a non-existent account. The withdrawal is coming from Adobe Acropro Subs XXXXX6000 CA.  I cant ask customer support for help because they say its for "paid" customers, but my account is non-existent.  Please help.

I had the same thing happen to me. 3 different charges started to appear. Adobe would not tell me the email address tied to the subscriptions or what they were for. At first, the rep I spoke to was trying to tell me that I would have to dispute the charges with my bank. I insisted that it was Adobe’s responsibility and they are refunding the fraudulent charges.

I am charged $32.29 a month and then when I go into my account it tells me that I need to subscribe. Is there a way for me to see what account this payment is tied to if I can provide someone with my payment information?

This is happening to me also.  I just noticed it this morning and realised I have been charged since September 2023. My account says I have no open subscriptions.

If you claim you have no such subscription with Adobe (and it doesn't appear under your account), then contact the bank and ask them to block this payment (and maybe the credit-card it was made with, in case it was stolen).
