Charged 3 times Attempting to purchase Illustrator, cant contact support.

Question

I tried to purchase Illustrator in the same email 3 times, As I was told to "try again", Now I recieved a message from my credit card company saying I was charged 3 times for purchasing illustrator. My issue is that I cant contact an agent without having a plan, but I cant have a plan because despite being charged, I still dont have Illustrator. What am I supposed to do?

If you purchased it three times, then you should have a plan, or a license, no?Anyway, it should be possible to contact an agent even without one, I believe.
