Check compliance pdf/a standard

Hi.

I can not execute check of compliance pdf/a standard on my pdf/a document.

On my dashboard panel of Acrobat i select function "standard" , then appears the following phrase "The file is compliance the standard PDF/A .." but if i click on " check compliance" i do get none answer.

May you help me, please?

You must click on "Verifica la conformita/Verify conformance".

But i execute the operation that you indicate in this image but i get this result: "Status not still verified" as you see by my images (test-01 and test-02).
