Checkbox and read only text field

Hello, I am new to adobe acrobat

I have two checkboxes and ten text fields. Originally, I want all the text fields to be read-only. When either of the checkboxes is checked, I want all the text fields will become editable and some of them are required based on which checkboxes are checked.

Is there a way to do this?
