Checkboxes are not showing borders in DC.

I created the PDF in Acrobat XI Pro, selected properties>appearance>borders>thin and black. They show up fine in Acrobat XI Pro but not in DC (on iMac).

I had to re-create the entire form because none of the radio buttons would work (they were all selected!). I replaced all of the radio buttons with checkboxes and now they aren't displaying in DC. This software does not work as advertised.
