Clarification of credit card charges

We are a business with many active Adobe subscriptions. We're trying to determine the ownership of a few annual subscriptions that just renewed. How can I contact Adobe to find out the name/email address associated with the credit card charges?

As an enterprise or team customer you can raise support cases using the Admin console. 

If you have regular licenses, someone made a big mistake. You will need to have each user check their own account, since the company has no rights to look at an account nor talk to Adobe about it.
