Clear/Reset Form

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2021.007.20091.  I used to be able to add a Clear Form button previously when creating forms until now.  Is that no longer an available feature?

    You can create button and use built in action: button properties -> action tab -> Mouse UP action ->  Select 'Reset form' from dropdown menu, click on 'add' and select which fields you want to reset or you can use "this.resetForm()" script to reset fields.

    I also don't have the option "Reset Form" and I'm using Acrobat Pro DC 2021.007.20099.  Can't find any help on this.
