Client wants to convert from Acobe Express back to Adobe Reader

I have a client who is claiming his Adobe reader just automattically turned into Adobe Express and he wants it changed back to Adobe Reader. I suspect he is not expressing the situation correctly, but ethere way, is there something I can do to get rid of Adobe Express and just have reader on his machine?
I'm trying to walk him through this process reomtely.
