Question

CMD+C not working to copy something from Adobe Acrobat

In every other program it works fine but in Acrobat, selecting text and then using cmd+c to copy doesn't work. I found a solution on here for Windows that said to

- first hold ctrl

- then hold c

- then release c

- then release ctrl

and then it would work again, but it only does sometimes. It's very efficient to each time have to right click and select the "copy/text". This issue started appearing after an update a while ago but I'm only posting now as I've honestly just been avoiding using Acrobat.
Surely there's a solution to this?

Thanks!

Please try updating the application to the latest version available. In Acrobat, go to Help > Check for updates.

You may refer to the following help page for more information on the latest updates: https://adobe.ly/48b9LDy

If the issue persists, please share the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,
