dears, as remote global team, for urgent files must be translated by us, we need co-edits online like real-time collaborations on google drive/docs, regards

Adobe offers no such service. In fact, I don't think anyone does. PDF files were never meant to be edited extensively, certainly not by multiple people at once. Use one of the existing services for collaborative work (like those you described) and convert the document to PDF at the end of that process.
