Combine 1 PDF image on top of 1 PDF document

Hello...

Not sure if this can be done with basic Acrobat or not...

We have a drawing that is in PDF format and a blank approval document (company name at top and a signature line at bottom) in PDF format.

Can we combine the PDF drawing and PDF document so into one single page PDF?

The idea being that the drawing will appear in the middle of the document so it can be signed off for approval.

We want to make this as simple as possible as we have many many proofs we send out each day plus many of the places we're sending the PDF proof want to print it, sign it and fax it back.
