Combine files function stopped working

For god only knows why, my Adobe Acrobat Pro DC stopped letting me save changes.  I tried to combine to pdf (did it 1000 times). Gets as far as naming it binder 1. Click save button or save as... get a pop up window "save as pdf file" .... window is white blank box. Nothing.

What da heck is going on? Tell me it is one of these microsoft updates that automatically happens and then screws up your pc? Running on windows 10

Hi Swabstfla,

We apologize for the delay in response.

Please refer to the forum thread "save as" pop up box does not allow me to save the document.  where similar issue has been addressed and resolved.

The solution might help you as well after changing the preferences settings.

Let us know if that doesn't help.
