Combine pdf

A few weeks here I have worked with combiner pdf documents and before I did well and generated a file that named "Binder1" and then renamed and resolved issue, now what it does is that it creates a "portfolio1" and lists the pdf files, but does not join them in a single file...

Does anyone know what to do? I don't know if I moved any settings or what happened, but I can't combine them anymore.

Thank you

If you are getting an output file as 'portfolio1', you have checked 'Save as protfolio' option in the setings of combine tool.

Please uncheck "Save as Protfolio" from the options and try to cobnine files. Please visit the following url for details to "Combine or merge files into single PDF"

Hi there

We are sorry for the trouble and the delay in response. I hope you would be able to fix it by now.

If the issue still exists would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat DC

A new version 20..09.20063 is now available. Please update the application to the new version and see if that works. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal

Click Settings when you combine. Portfolio is a choice.
