Question

Combine pdfs w/identical fillable form fields allowing ea pdf to be completed uniquely

I have created PDF Invoices for customers that have the same fillable form sections in Excel then exported to pdf then create form save and then sent to customer for approval (what form section is used for).  The form section is then filled in with differant data depending on job information by the customer. The fillable forms work as they should when sent to customer as individual pdf documents but when I combine them into one pdf the form fields then use the same data input in say the first form for all forms within this combined document and they need differant date for differant jobs.  I am using Adobe Acrobat XI Standard and do not see the Portfolio option I have seen mentioned as a fix.  Is there a fix for this issue?

Can you use standard to add them as attachments to a different PDF?

A portfolio is just a set of files that are attachements to a PDF. That's all it is. The Portfolio bit is some fancy flash UI on top.

Another option is to flatten the PDFs before combining .

Both of these options could be automated with a scirpt.
