Combine tool - Issues with converting multiple page Word documents

New issue discovered today. If you use the combine tool and want to convert Word documents into pdfs to combine them into a binder (and have "all pages" marked), the combine tool converts all pages but only page 1 has actual text, the other pages are blank. Work around is to do a "save as" to a pdf and then combine the pdfs into your binder.

This is in relation to this subject - "Organize Pages" does not exist in my tools for Acrobat. What does one do now to extract pages?

Hi there

Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link

I have been having this same issue for the last few days. I'm glad to hear it is being worked on. I just wanted to add a few more notes about some odd factors from my situation in case it helps. I have this problem occurring when combining multiple PDF, Word, and Excel reports into one PDF which is a task I do pretty regularly and have had no problems with before. However, when I explained the problem to my manager he was able to combine the same files from the same source with no issues reported. As OP stated, only the Word docs come out with the blank pages but the odd thing for me was that not all the Word files had the issue. All of the Word docs that originated from me and/or my two other co-workers came out with blank pages for all but the first page. The Word docs that originated from my manager, even if they were last modified by me, were all intact with all pages visible. Thanks!
