combining documents

When I try to combine documents it always doesn't combine one of them and keep giving error unless I export that document to pdf first and then combine them which this doubles my job.

Hi

Thanks for your answer . A yellow triangle sign appears on the document that says: "error during processing, file skipped"

The only document that it doesn't combine is the one in the excel sheet.
