Maybe those files contains fields with the same names. In that case, all values but one will be overwritten, as fields with the same name will always have the same value. To overcome it you would need to either:

- Rename the fields before merging the files, or

- Flatten the fields before merging the files, or

- Merge the files as a Portfolio.
