Combining files into one document

I have followed the instructions and everything works beautifully until I open the document after files have been combined. The content from the first document has been replicated to all subsequent documents. The files were created using a fillable form and all forms were saved with a unique name.

Or flatten them (turning the form fields into static contents) before combining to a single file.

What thread does this comment refer to, or what instructions are you referring to? Form fields with the same name can have only one value. If you combine documents that have form fields with identical names, the field values will flow through to other fields with the same name.
