Combining folders to PDF at once

Hello, I want to combine several different folders at once and convert them to a PDF. I do not want to combine all the folders; I want them to stay separate and all the documents within one folder get combined. I want to save time doing them individually. Is this at all possible?

Yes, but it requires using a combination of an Action and a script.
