combining Google Docs into PDF on a mac without losing formatting

I have 3 google docs I am trying to combine into one PDF and will need to do this many many times. If I download each as a PDF and re-upload it into google docs, then combine them, it works fine. If I try to  combine them and PDF them in one step the formatting makes words get cut off in the boxes I have in a header. Is there any way to avoid this so I don't have to download each doc separately? I brought pro to be able to save time but now it doesn't seem to be capable...

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
