Combining multiple PDF files into a single file is not working. Keeps sending me to screen to purchase plan when I just purchased an Annual PDF Pack which clearly listed combining files as included

Question

I am having the exact same problem that started two months before my Annual PDF Pack subscription ended.

When in Tools and trying to combine PDF files into a single file, it sends me to a screen to purchase a plan.

I used the Combine Files feature for almost 10 of the 12 month subscription without a single issue, then during month 10

this started to happen.

I went ahead and purchase again an Annual PDF pack for $69.99 on 4/13/2018. Same exact problem started to happen

again with my brand new subscription.

Please help!

Hi Albertor,Could you try combining the PDF files using a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari through this URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf and check if that works. You may also refer to the following link for more info How to Use Adobe PDF Pack You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC to access the services of Adobe PDFPack, just "Sign-in" in Adobe Reader DC with your current Adobe ID and password.
