Combining particular files into one PDF

Hi,

This has been asked many times, but I can't seem to see anything I haven't yet been through with the end user.

This user needs to be able to combine Multiple files into one Doc, This for the most part works with no issue, However there seem to be an increasing amount of files throwing up an error.

The Licence is correct as they are on an abode acrobat pro, The application is fully up-to-date and is working on the web app.

The file types are .docx and so should not be a problem.

Overall on the machine nothing is out of date.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

First rule of asking for help with computer issues: When there is an error message, post the full text (or better yet, a screenshot) of that message!

see the error returned, this is no different when the file is .docx

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)? What's your OS version? What's your Office version?

Hi @zesty_melody6643

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thank you for reaching out.

It is very hard to suggest anything when there are multiple variables at play for this issue.

Kindly let us know the following:

1. Acrobat version number: https://adobe.ly/4j5pk45

2. What is the error message?

3. Are those .docx files stored locally on the machine?

4. Is there any security applied to these docx files?

5. The fonts used in the files, are you allowed to embed those fonts?

Will be waiting for your response.
