Combining PDFs

I have two PDF files.  One is the left pages of a book and the other is the right pages of the book.  Is there a way to insert the right side pages pdf into the left side pages pdf in the correct order.  So there would be like a Left Side Page then a Right Side Page then a Left Side Page and a Right Side Page and so on?
