Combining regular PDFs

HI

I'm prodcing reports daily and always add the same appendices to the end of my reports using the combine feature. 

Is there an easy way of uploading my standard apendix to Adobe Acrobat so it can be combined quicker each time? I mean instead of searching for it through the computer folders every time.
