Comment by me, Doc by me: Can't open/find comment

I just now created a very lengthy comment in a document I created.  This document has not yet been distributed, and I realized I need to make an edit to the comment.  I can see the actual comment in wire-frame squeezed on to the page. However, it is not listed in the side-bar comments/filter/find, etc. and I cannot select it!  wassup?? be nice if i could at least copy the text without having to change into edit mode.

using win10, pro dc

Hello AnYa,

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. Please check for any pending updates of Acrobat from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after installing the updates and see if this brings any difference.

Is it possible to share a screenshot of the error/issue you are facing? To share the screenshot, refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

Try double-clicking on the comment list on the right-hand side and see if this gives you the option to copy. You can also right-click on the comment, Choose Pop-up note.

Is it specific to one PDF or with all the PDFs? Have you tried on other PDFs?
