Comment is not visible in a PDF file

When I 'Add a Text Comment' from the Annotations toolbar then click somewhere else in the document the comment is not visible.

The text colour is set to black. I can re-click on the text box and highlight the text however when I again click somewhere else in the document it becomes invisible again.

    Encountered the same problem here using windows version of Adobe Acrobat reader.

    can somebody help me please

    Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please check for any pending updates of Acrobat from Help menu>Check for updates.

    I have the same problem.  It started today, but previously everything was fine.  There are no fixes on the community forum.  I don't understand why we can't get help and support.
