Hi.
My problem is that the commenting pane which is supposed to appear on the right of the document isn't there at all.
I can see the little yellow comment boxes on the document, but I can't open them.
Also, it is not possible to press the "add comment" in the toolbar at the top..
Does anybody else have this problem? I have my exams next week and I would be very grateful for any tips !
Hi Astridr,
Please try to repair the application and make sure it is updated to the latest version available.
Launch the application and go to Help. Select Repair installation (only on windows) or Check for updates.
Also, try once to reboot the machine and check if that helps.
If the issue still persists, try re-installing the application.
Use cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs to remove the application from the machine.
After that reboot the machine and then re-install the application from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution.
