Comment Pin is not Appered on the Page.

My customer transferred to us the under problem. I suggested Comment Preferences controlling, and they controlled but we could not see any problem related to the preferences.

Could you help us with the problem, please?

Problem:

When I opened a comment on the document, other participants can see the comment content with the comment window. But they could not see the comment's pins on the page.
