Comment Summary shifting page contents

File reviewers browse through large documents, typically between 200 and 2,000 pages, and use the Comment feature to flag specific pages with a small stamp on the bottom right side of the page. Then, I use the Comment Summary tool to create a document with only the commented pages, and print odd pages to omit the summary pages. This is standard practice and usually works perfectly fine for our team.

However, on rare occasions there will be an issue when we create the comment summary on a document.  All of the commented pages will shift their content to the left by about 20%, cutting off the left side of each page. We cannot identify anything different about the way reviewers have stamped these documents, the comment placement, or anything else that would cause the shift. I'm also not sure why the comment summary feature would cause this, when the original document shows all pages as normal.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? Is there a way to prevent the page content from shifting, or another way to select and print only the stamped pages that are scattered throughout a document? Thank you for your time
