Comment syncing issue on Adobe Pro

I'm editing a PDF and the suddenly cloud icon shows ! Try to sync manually and error message appears 'There was a processing error. Try again sometime'. Everyting was syning for the last two hours and this randomly happens. Seriously Adobe is such an unstable program! wish there was another option available!

Sorry about the delay in response.

 

When editing PDFs, ensure that you keep saving the changes. As you were editing the PDF, did you use the desktop or the web application?

Please ensure that the internet connection is not intermittent. See if you experience the same behavior with other files.

Literally the same issue. Everything was syncing fine till yesterday.

today it decides to say "there was a processing error ,  try again in some time" and all the work I have been doing since the past 10 hours, is not being saved....

what even???!!

need a solution IMMEDIATELY.

cant waste 10 hours of work.

(And no my wifi is not spotty)
