Comment text opacity is not working

I have already submitted a question regarding this subject however I am attempting again to get an answer to my problem from anyone. When I am using the 'Text Comment" tool under the "Comment Section" I am having the default opacity change to around 50%. This happens a few days after starting to use Adobe Acrobat DC Pro after reinstalling/reapiaring etc. Everytime I reopen Adobe I have to manually enter JavaScript codes just to change the text opacity....... I have been advised reinstalling and repairing would fix this problem previously, it has not. This same problem happens on multiple pc's so I do not believe it is any kind of computer specific problem. Can someone please advise me of a solution to this problem as the answer of manually entering your own JavaScript everytime you open Adobe is too painful and actually insulting that customers are expected to deal with that as a solution to what should not be a problem to begin with. I need to show the organisation that I work for a demonstration for Adobe so that we may adopt the software internally if this problem keeps persisting I will be looking for other software to use in our organisation.
