Commenting and explaining and two different languages (RTL) and (LTR)

Hello,
My problem is when I try to explain why the chart has moved from the point A to the point B
, I write in Arabic then I switch to English to type the variable name (A) then I continue to explain why in Arabic but it crashes when I do that!!
All what I want to type using add text comment

Come on guys fix this issue
I tried Win + space, Alt + shift, and to change between langagues using 
keyboard layouts
