Commenting Function Disabled After Latest Update

Hi,After updating to the latest version (the brand new one), I noticed that the comment-adding function is disabled. This feature was working fine before the update, and I rely on it frequently for my workflow.Has anyone else encountered this issue, or is there a setting I need to adjust to re-enable it? Any help would be appreciated!Thank you!

If you are still experiencing this issue, please provide more details, such as the Acrobat version, OS name, and version, and a screenshot or video of the problem.

This may only happen if you are using Adobe Reader, or your Acrobat subscription is suspended, etc.
