Comments Disappeared after reclaiming PDF file

There was an user that left the organization, but there was an especific file that lots of people in the organization had writen comments in, IT disconnected his account and the document disappeared; we did the reclaim assets of an user after he left the organization and I was able to find the file, but all the comments had disappeared. Is there a way to get those comments back?
