Comments lost when making a copy of a PDF in Acrobat Cloud

Typically I've been able to collect comments on a shared PDF in Acrobat Cloud, and then make a new copy of the PDF with comments still intact (which I then edit). This is no longer the case: when I make a new copy of the PDF, the comments are gone.

 

Is this a known issue and are there any plans to fix it?

@gpritzker Yes, the issue of comments disappearing is a a known problem. I am wondering if the 'New Acrobat' is being used? In a few community threads, users have explicitly been advised to try reverting to the Classic UI and Disable new Acrobat under View. Acrobat will restart and be back to it's old Classic UI. Test again, if this works better?
