Comments on PDF not visible?

I'm trying to view comments on a PDF in the Acrobat online viewer. I can see where the comments were left, but they only say the name of the person and "Typed a note". Any fix for this? It's like the data was lost.

    I have same issue, The comments just disappears out of shared pdf document, once unshared not sure what to do about it.

    this is serios bug and makes it unusable for business application where data integrety is very important.
