Se queda trabajando en segundo plano y luego no se abre, he de forzar el cierre de la tarea a traves del Administrador de tareas para volver a abrirlo. ¿Como lo soluciono? Gracias

Check the following one at a time in order. Restart each time. :

    1. Task Manager>Startup Apps. If you see Acrobat listed as Enable, change it to Disable.
    2. Settings>Apps>Installed Apps. Click the ellipses button on the right of Acrobat. If you see “Advanced options”, select it. Change “Let this app run in background” to Never.
NOTE: I did not see Advanced options for Acrobat Pro.
    3. TRY LAST: Change the Group Policy: Press Win + R and type gpedit.msc. Go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > App Privacy. Find Let Windows apps run in the background. Set it to Enabled, then under Options, add Acrobat to Force deny these apps

The first thing I’d check is what, if anything, related to Adobe Acrobat is starting with your system by default.

I’m using translation software to address your question, so I may not have the phraseology perfect as I reply in English and you translate it back. Go into your Start>Settings>Apps panel in windows settings — you should be able to get to it by the gear symbol at the lower left of your Start button’s pop-up window, then navigate your way to the Apps settings.

Click on the Startup button in the list to the right, and see if there’s anything in the list of applications that automatically start when you open Windows. If there are, turn them all off.  Restart your computer, and if the problem persists, come back here and we’ll try some other things that may cause the situation. But the startup settings are so often the cause for these type of problems, I recommend charting here first.

    Hope this helps,
