Como hago para cancelar la suscripción?, me estan cobrando este mal servicio y no se como cancelarlo, no hay una forma facil de hacerlo…alguien me puede orientar?

Realice la compra online de su producto y resulta muy malo, no es facil de usar, no obtienes un resultado satisfactorio de lo que se necesita en realidad, que puedo hacer para cancelar este servicio, por favor… tienen algun soporte tecnico???
