Compare Documents

Hello, our company is trying to utilize the Compare Files tool in Acrobat Pro and having little to no success. We're using architectural drawings and have attempted to run comparisons on both large file binders and small single page documents. Almost nothing works - Adobe freezes and/or shuts down. We've tried various PCs running Win 11 pro and a M2 Macbook Pro all with similar results. Is this Compare feature actually supported within Acrobat Pro? If so, we'd greatly appreciate any suggestions to troubleshoot this issue - having this feature working properly could be a game changer for our workflow. Thanks!
