Compare multiple files in bulk

I have 200 pdf files that were subject to changes,

I want to upload the new version of this 200 files and bulk compare them in order to know which of them were subject to changes, and what were the last changes made on each of them.

I have a set 200 pairs of pdf files with different revisions: file1_r0.pdf, file1_r1.pdf, file2_r0.pdf, file2_r1.pdf … etc. how can I compare them in bulk and know if they changed?
