Comparing two PDFs with 500 plus pages that are in a different order

Hello

 

I have two pdfs, each with 500 plus pages. They are unfortunately not in the same order. How do I check whether each PDF contains the same pages (even if they're not in the same order)?

    I'd go with a good hot cup of coffee and manually dig through them. I'd also use a stamp on each page verified so that you know which pages you've verified. 

     

    You can select a long sentence fragment on your primary document and do a search for that sentence in the 2nd document to quicken the search process.

     

    You do not say if you need both versions, so maybe delete the pages you've verified in one of the two? Any pages left over were not in the primary document.
