I try to generate a PDF File out of a Word 365 file with about 2600 words pages. But during the hours of processing suddenly the word program says, I should save the data which somehow were saved, (I tried to compile PDF with saved data) but no PDF was generated. Any help available? I use Adobe Acrobat 2020. But in word the Adope Printer function.

Via Twitter I got the simple question: Did you try to save it in Word as PDF? No I did not do such simple thing. But now I tried, and what should I say, it worked. Save as ... schose .pdf and save. Did not think so simple.

Instead of the printer use the Create PDF button in the Acrobat ribbon.

I corrected your typing mistake.

I was just about to suggest the "Save as" PDF from Microsoft. Acrobat performs some pre- and post-processing.
